You've been my right hand, constantly vigilant and always ready to jump in and support me at a moment's notice. You've worked so well with Mehendi and the team over on the other group to keep that safe, letting me focus my time on these ones and you always know when to tell me to shut the fuck up. I know you were apprehensive at first taking on such a huge responsibility as these groups were, but it kept getting bigger and bigger and nothing would have worked without you here with me. You're one of my best friends and I'm so glad I could take this journey with you, not to mention the next, you jumped into the Discord server and immediately got to work without hesitation. Your vigilance when it comes to trouble makers is indisputable, the slightest sign that there could be an issue and you’re on it, either deescalating or getting my attention to put a hard stop to it. You put so much work into these groups, so much time and so much effort, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for sitting through my bullshit and still standing by and supporting my decisions, these groups would not exist without you and I couldn't imagine continuing them if you'd decided to leave during this move.

Without being able to talk everything through with you when I first decided to turn these groups into a whole community I honestly don't think they'd be anywhere near as amazing, you kept the conversations going and kept people entertained while they were small and spearheaded the early advertising bringing a lot of new people into our community. We couldn’t have continued without your input and certainly wouldn’t be such a valuable resource for so many. You've had a lot going on recently and honestly losing you will be a massive blow to the group, thank you for being my rock and helping to shape these groups from group chat to indispensable community, I hope I speak for us all when I wish you the very best of luck in the future.

From the second you joined the council you hit the floor running, you knew exactly what needed to be fixed and how to best go about it, constantly down to earth, the true professional in the council. When the decision was finally made to move over to Discord you immediately allocated time in your own schedule to help get that sorted and everyone moving with us owes you so much thanks for that, without your assistance fine tuning everything theres no chance we'd have been able to do so much work in such a short time, you've already taken such a solid lead over on Discord and taken so much work off my plate, I honestly cannot thank you enough.

Considering I dragged you kicking and screaming onto the council you did so much for us so quickly. Even before you officially joined on here you talked through so much with me on snapchat and helped me word stuff right to deal with minor disagreements with other council members. Other responsibilities take up so much of your time but you still jump in to make sure everyone's doing ok, making sure we're keeping our spirits up through something that takes away so much of our free time. I think we'd all have gone mad and ditched the groups without you popping up when we really truly needed you, thank you for everything you've done and although you're leaving the council I'm glad you're still sticking with the group on Discord.

You helped me create a space inclusive to all areas of our community and sat on snapchat looking after me through difficult times in my own life where working on these would have otherwise been too much for me to handle. Although your job takes up a lot of your time and you have family responsibilities you still make as much time as you can for me and I couldn't have got through the past six months so well without you, thank you so much.

Your temporary absences lately can be felt throughout the entire groups and we all look forward to the time you're able to jump back in and keep us on our toes, thank you for everything you've done, pretty much since day one, you keep the group cheerful and care free and make the rest of us look sane.
