pine ... spruce, fir, cedar, conifer, all good food sources all very high in vit c and essential minerals and pine when pollinating casts off a powder which is high protein, you can add that to food or make a flour with it , plus the fresh sprouting pine tips are great in a salad ........... dandelions from root to flower, all highly nutritious too, but save some for the bees as its one of their first sources of nectar after hibernation, it sure ain't no weed, its a very special and essential herb high in mins and vits. Also grow spinach (iron rich) , and vit D supplements at 5,000 i.us a day, and copper, zing, biotin too ... oh and each day i enjoy a cocktail of fresh lemon and lime juice, save the rind and piff to mush up and steep in hot water, again full of minerals and vits including vit C etc... eat some rind (quinine in that) .. Brown rice only as its full of vits and minerals, plain white rice is just starch ... Turmeric with black pepper ( pepper makes the turmeric readily more bioavailable in the body ), and of course lots of fresh garlic, finally superfoods like yams (sweet potatoes) and chick peas are a must to stock up on, buy on Ebay its cheap and buy in bulk... the hyperinflation hits VERY soon guys, be wise and stay alive ...
