This is the first in a series of 3 posts concerning a criminal complaint we will be making in London on the 20th of March 2021.
The UK Freedom Alliance
Guide to filing a mass criminal complaint.
(Part 1)
Next Saturday 20th of March, a representative of the UK Freedom Alliance is going to be filing a criminal complaint. This will be delivered to a central London police station on Saturday when many groups have stated their intention to gather in Central London. They will be there to protest the problems this country is in due to the draconian rules we have had to endure due to the unnecessary “lockdowns”, in which, most of our inalienable rights have been infringed upon. As I write this post the government are looking to introduce new unlawful statutes that will curtail further on our rights to Free Speech and our right to Assemble making us into an authoritarian police state.
In a series of posts, we are going to outline how you can join with the members of the UK Freedom Alliance, using the template I will publish online, to make your own complaint with us at a police station in London on the 20th of March 2021.
You personally do not have to go into the police station as we will be collecting all your envelopes at a point in Central London very close to the police station where we are going to be handing in the central complaint with 815 pages of evidence.
The more people we can get to do this on the day the better it will be for obvious reasons. The more people that hand in individual complaints the more likely they are going to take it seriously. By doing it this way, all of us can use the 815 pages of evidence we have gathered to add gravity to every single individual complaint. They can ignore the individual and lose things but if thousands are all connected to a central body of evidence the harder it is for them to do that.
I will now explain under which laws we are going to hold the government accountable.
The law behind our complaint
We will all be making the same criminal complaint to make it consistent because this makes it simpler to process, easier for them to file and easier to investigate for the police. We will all be making criminal complaint of Misfeasance and Misconduct in public office against the Government of the United Kingdom. Saying we believe that the government are responsible for wilfully and knowingly causing us all the loss, injury, harm that will be detailed in each individual complaint.
Misfeasance in Public Office
“A public official acting in contravention of their authority, resulting in loss, harm, injury, financial loss or damage to a third party. Knowingly and willingly act in a manner with the realisation that their actions are likely to cause harm, injury or loss”
THE ACTION BY THE GOVERNING BODY IS LEGAL AND WITHIN THE LAW, BUT IS DEEMED ILLEGAL IF IT IS PERFORMED IN SUCH A WAY AS TO CAUSE HARM OR LOSS OR INJURY TO ANOTHER.
Misconduct in Public Office
“A public officer acting as such wilfully neglects to perform his duties and/or wilfully misconducts himself, to such a degree as to amount to an abuse of the public’s trust in the office holder, without reasonable excuse or justification”
BEHAVIOUR OR CIRCUMSTANCES CREATE AN OFFENCE THAT ARE DEEMED CRIMINAL, WITHOUT THE NEEED FOR A SPECIFIC OFFENCE.

Guide to filing your Criminal complaint on the 20th of March.
“If you are in London on that day.”
1. Fully complete and print off or copy by hand if no printing facilities are available the crime complaint pro forma. Bring it with you on the 20th. The name of the police station and the date of submission of the evidence will be provided on the day and then write these on the form. Place the form in an envelope and only write the name of the police station and the date on the outside of the envelope. Seal the envelope to protect your data. The envelopes will be collected and placed in boxes/bags and submitted by selected people on the day to the named police station.
2. Print off or screen shot the 3 pages of information to assist you on the day and use as a guide to your interaction with any kind of authority whilst in London. This contains all the information you need to have a safe and productive day. It contains relevant legislation and the legal powers of police and the public.
3. Print off or screen shot the full list of inalienable rights which you should also print off and keep with you on the day.
4. Print off or screen shot the two main offences being alleged. Misfeasance and Misconduct in public office. Keep these safe with copies of your Criminal complaint pro forma
Guide to filing your Criminal complaint on the 20th of March.
“If you cannot attend London that day.”
1. Fully complete and print off a copy of the pro forma criminal complaint or copy by hand and photograph if no printing facilities are available.
2. Watch online at our website/social media sites to get the name and address of the police station and the date of submission of the evidence, write these on the form. Seal the envelope securely to protect your data. Send your envelope from your local post office by registered mail and remember to note when it arrives at the relevant police station so they cannot say they never received it.
3. Do NOT send by email as the police, especially the MET police, are notorious for having glitches in their computer system that loses emails. They will simply say they have not received them for a number of reasons. Also do NOT hand in or post to any other police station as they will simply give it back as the crime was not committed in their police area. It was committed in the Metropolitan police district at Westminster and that is why it must be reported to them.
4. Print off or screen shot the two main offences being alleged. Misfeasance and Misconduct in public office. Keep these safe with copies of your Criminal complaint pro forma so you can refer to it when it goes forward to court.

Advice to Complainants on keeping safe from police harassment on 20th March 2021
Useful to carry at all times
As a victim of crime in the United Kingdom you have a right to attend the police station to report a crime, to ask the police to investigate the crime and to stop those responsible for continuing to cause you harm, injury or loss to you or damage to your property.
There must be no violence or threat of violence, remain calm, respectful and respectable at all times, be polite, kind and thoughtful and remember you are a victim of crime not attending a protest or part of a violent mob. The police’s job is to protect you from harm, injury or loss.
You can report a crime to any police officer you encounter on the street, make sure you get their name, collar number, the police station where they work and a telephone number or email address for contact. This may not always be practical you may be directed to a nearby station.
1. Police have no powers to ask you to account for your movements under the Coronavirus Act.
Section 3.5 article 9024 parliamentary library February 26th 2021
https://commonslibrary.parliament.uk/research-briefings/cbp-9024/
3.5 Lack of stop and account powers.
The police sometimes conduct a ‘stop and account’ where they stop a member of the public and ask them what they are doing. There is no police power to conduct a stop and account and coronavirus restrictions regulations do not (and never have) provided for one.
Members of the public are under no obligation to answer an officer’s questions during a stop and account. They can remain silent if they do not wish to cooperate.
2. there is no legal obligation for any person to provide their name or address to the police.
Neale V DPP February 23rd 2021 at Cardiff High Court Judge Mrs Justice Steyn and Judge Lord Justice Dingemans ruled.
https://www.bindmans.com/news/neale-v-dpp-the-right-to-silence-citizens-duties-and-coronavirus-regulations
• the Appellant was not under a statutory obligation pursuant to the Coronavirus Regulations to give his name and address to the police – the Coronavirus Regulations do not expressly create such an obligation;
• the absence of an express obligation to give a name and address in the Coronavirus Regulations powerfully demonstrates that it does not exist;
3, if the police suspect you of causing harm, injury, loss to a person or damage to their property or suspect you of causing or about to cause a breach of the peace they have powers to arrest you. Failure to provide your name and address where a criminal offence is suspected can lead to your arrest.
If you have not caused harm, injury, loss or damage or a breach of the peace you are not obliged to talk to, engage with or remain with the police once this has been established. Also remembering you have a right to remain silent and do not have to speak.
4, the police must investigate allegations of crime, as stated in,
Commissioner of The Metropolitan Police V DSD Supreme Court 2018 UKSC 11 presided over by Lord Neuberger.
https://www.supremecourt.uk/cases/docs/uksc-2015-0166-judgment.pdf
Minimum standards are expected and must be adhered to by the state and the police so that citizens are protected from really serious harm and proper steps must be taken to bring those responsible to justice.
The courts ruled The Metropolitan Police failed to carry out a sufficient investigation and therefore compensation was awarded to the two complainants/victims.

Coronavirus: enforcing restrictions
This Library briefing paper discusses the enforcement of coronavirus restrictions regulations in England and Wales. It explains who has powers to enforce the restrictions and what those powers are. It also summarises statistics on the number of Fixed Penalty…
The Standard directs a victim focused approach to crime recording. The intention is that victims are believed and benefit from statutory entitlements under the Code of Practice for Victims of Crime (CPVC). This seeks to ensure that those reporting crimes will be treated with empathy and their allegations will be taken seriously. Any investigation which follows is then taken forward with an open mind to establish the truth. added September 2019.

A right to the freedom of peaceful assembly and association including protests.
The European Convention of Human Rights is fully compatible in British law and in the British courts. Public bodies must respect those rights, public bodies such as the courts, the police, public authorities, hospitals and schools. These rights remain intact, absolute and cannot be superseded or undermined by the Coronavirus Act 2020.

A police officer in uniform can stop any vehicle on a road at any time.
The officer can request to see your valid licence, insurance and MOT.
Always carry your insurance, MOT and licence, unless you are suspected of an offence hand all three documents to the police. You do not need to speak or answer any questions, you do not need to exit the car or sit in the police car. Once the officer has checked your documents are in order you are free to go.
Where you’re going and why is private and only divulge this if you wish to do so.
By carrying your documents and showing them to the police you have fully complied with the RTA legislation and there is no need or any legal obligation for you to speak.
8, Unalienable Rights.
They cannot be taken away and no government or police officer can alter, remove or diminish them. These rights are afforded to every man, woman and child as is their sovereign right and existed before the state, the police or government.

Section G page 24, location of crimes
At the time the report is received by the police the location of the suspect(s) at the time of the offence is clearly evidenced:
The crime will be recorded as having occurred at that location.
The offenders are in London, therefore The Metropolitan Police are to record and investigate the crimes. Humberside, Sussex, West Mercia and West Midlands Police have previously directed victims to contact The Metropolitan police. Previous reporting of crimes by email to The Metropolitan Police remain unanswered. Greater Manchester and West Midlands Police are in special measures for failing to record thousands of crimes. As a victim of crime attending The Metropolitan Police in person is deemed to be the most appropriate and justified option available.
