So I thought let's first support my brother and grandmother then prepare for civils along with job....when my brother started earning I resigned and started full time civils preparation sir.... By doing my self employment as a lab technician job for my sustenance.

Ma'am... My United Andhrapradesh tacked it in a well manner ma'am... They tackled it with multi pronged approach ma'am.
Firstly, they started Elite commando force called Gray Hounds and trained these forces with all counter extremists tactics and abilities. On ground they are very actively supressed LWE ma'am
Secondly, state gave incentives for surrendered Extremists and helped them to live in main stream society.
Third, started strong counter intelligence.
Fourth, Persuading tribals and locals not to be sympathetic towards Naxals, and helped them with various govt schemes.
That's why successful they can tackled this LWE ma'am.

What is status of Urban Naxals

The term Urban Naxals is recently termed one ma'am.

Yes ma'am, as the Naxals losing hold on ground level, to ensure existence of their ideology these urban Naxals served the purpose madam. By writing articles, books, magazines and speeches. Professing to students and all. They are simply like Ideological existence towers ma'am.

Few years back there was an Encounter happened in Hyderabad by an IGP,People Glorified it. what is your opinion on it?

Ma'am Any sort of extra judicial killings is not at all acceptable, people celebrated instant in the name of instant justice.... I also witnessed that celebrations in Hyderabad....there should be thorough investigation and trail has to happen, constitutional rights and sprite should not be compromised. SOP, Principles of Natural Justice has to be given top priority.
Any such activities of hasty instant justice and it's celebration would march us towards barbaric medieval ages only ma'am, Public Trust of law enforcement agencies will also erode in long term. Political Executive may mususe it also.
So following due process law is very important ma'am.

One, ground level problems like Personnels are not having required skills and mind set, they are not having spirit of service as they come to coastal security as a punishment posting. States are also not having uniform mandate or law about functions of coastal police, different state has different mandates.

At Infrastructure & Intermediate level, we were tried to tackle and use good advanced patrolling boats , equipment arms and ammunition, but in reality we were not given required infrastructure. It Left us functionally incapable. We are doing patrolling on paper in reality we don't have boats sir.
Third, top level, there is no adequate synergy among different coastal security agencies like coast Guard sir... For example if I found any suspected boat first I need to inform to 1097 toll free and they will inform Coast Guard and process goes on sir.
That limiting us ground level synergy to function properly.

Post results I went to felicitation event and press meet events of a few coaching institutes.
I honestly acknowledged what all initiatives that were useful for my preparation only.And also thanked few faculty members and admins who helped me beyond their limits.
I didn't endorse any coaching institute to join there.

Post results I went to felicitation event and press meet events of a few coaching institutes.
I honestly acknowledged what all initiatives that were useful for my preparation only.And also thanked few faculty members and admins who helped me beyond their limits.
I didn't endorse any coaching institute to join there.
Its aspirant decision and discretion whether to take coaching or not.If one wants to take coaching it's up to you.Before joining do enquire properly about the institute and every aspect of it. IT IS UPTO YOU PEOPLE.
Earlier I did mentoring and answer evaluation for a few aspirants based on request and friendship with faculty(few of my seniors are working as faculty),but no more. I am not associated with any institute.Even if any institute claims me as a mentor I advise you not to join.
Hereafter...In my leisure...I will guide aspirants in YouTube and Telegram channels only,that too without charging anything means free of cost.
