Finished! I really love this one.

I found the exterior floral fabric at a going-out-of business sale. It is an imported linen-cotton blend with a Scotchgard coating to prevent stains.

The green fabric on the sides and bottom is a soft green upholstery fabric with a water resistant coating on the inside. I found this one at a thrift store.

The lining fabric is 100% cotton.

The exterior fabrics were quilted together with two layers of fleece to give it structure.

Lots of pockets inside and out. I took pictures inside and outside to show the true colors.

I did a quick 1 hour speed carve/whittle just to see what I could produce without worrying too much about symmetry etc.
A little rough obviously but I don't think it's too bad.

Another one completed. Pink & Green Floral Fairies.

The fairy fabric is a vintage 1990’s quilting cotton and the green upholstery fabric was thrifted. The handles are from a thrifted belt. The lining is new quilting cotton.
