Spend less time (or none preferably) on people going in the opposite direction as you, they will not add to where you are heading, only take away from your time and energy so they can continue to tell you their sob stories or why they "Can't" do this or that, and wan't you to validate their choices or make them feel better.
Devote that time to continue to build and surround yourself with those heading in the same direction. You are who you hang out with, and a mirror of your 5 best friends, who they are, you are.
