was able to have another proper session today, so it ended up being about an 8-9 day hiatus from hitting balls. one thing I’ve noticed is that taking some time off wipes the noise away. when I hit balls all the time a lot of extra swing thoughts get into my head and for the most part it’s just extra noise that I don’t need or benefit from. keep it simple ⛳️

it happened again, recorded some swings yesterday thinking I was doing something different and I definitely wasn’t.

so for sh*ts & giggles I tried to make an absurd overreaction. it felt completely foreign, like I’d never swung a golf club before. and I recorded it. and I saw the swing change I was trying to make ⛳️

👆🏼said eureka moment, it might only LOOK marginally different but it FELT completely ridiculous. our brains & neural pathways are really incredible

and yes I hit golf balls in my living room, you don’t!? ⛳️
