This fix solves the problem of having to clear the caches / dalvik-cahe on every reboot, this fix will be included in later versions of OneUI 4.1 ports.

THIS FIX IS ONLY FOR ONEUI 4.1 PORT

OneUI 5 Apps:
keyboard, calendar, weather, smart capture, call background, wallpaper & style, finder, contacts, gallery, incallui, messages, device care

All apps comes from apkmirror

Installation:
Flash zip from recovery, wipe dalvike, cache and reboot to system

Tested on OneUI 4.1
