O PL 824/2026 propõe uma coisa simples: nenhum código jurídico religioso estrangeiro pode ser aplicado no Brasil. Não é contra muçulmanos. É pela nossa Constituição.
Na Europa riram de quem avisou. Hoje o Reino Unido tem mais de 80 tribunais Sharia funcionando em paralelo à lei do país.
Nós não vamos cometer o mesmo erro.
