A nova regra veda explicitamente o emprego de ativos digitais em transações entre países, obrigando que todos os pagamentos sejam feitos via câmbio ou contas regulamentadas. As medidas passam a valer em 1º de outubro de 2026.
Provavelmente estão receosos de cartões em dólar abastecidos com USDT, BTC, XMR ou outra moeda virtual! Tentarão barrar esses cartões e aplicativos virtuais em celulares que rodam pagamentos por aproximação (NFC).
