🧡 Наша команда была искренне рада познакомиться с будущими тьюторами, такими яркими и разными!

💫 Уже сегодня у тьютиков начинаются лекции, на которых они узнают гораздо больше о нашем объединении!

💞 Мы желаем удачи нашим новобранцам, а также планируем делиться новостями о их прогрессе в ближайшим будущем!

🧡 The second stage of the Tutor School – Interviews with Candidates – took place throughout last week.

🧡 Our team was genuinely glad to meet the future tutors, who are so bright and diverse!

💫 Today, the tutiks will begin their lectures, where they will learn much more about our association!

💞 We wish our new recruits good luck and also plan to share news about their progress in the near future!

⭐️Первая лекция Школы Тьюторов позади!

💫Вчера для тьютиков была организована общая лекция, на которой они познакомились с историей объединения, его ценностями и структурой!

📌Был проведён интерактив, в ходе которого ребята смогли поделиться собственным взглядом на портрет «настоящего тьютора», а также поработать в командах и собрать по кусочкам единое представление об объединении!

Уже завтра тьютики познакомятся с Event-отделом нашего объединения, о чём мы расскажем вам с места события📍

⭐️The first lecture of the Tutors' School is behind us!

💫Yesterday, a general lecture was organized for the young tutors, where they got acquainted with the history of the association, its values, and its structure!

📌An interactive activity was held, during which the participants were able to share their own views on the portrait of a “real tutor,” as well as work in teams and piece together a shared understanding of the association!

Tomorrow, the young tutors will get acquainted with the Event Department of our association, and we will tell you about it from the venue📍

🧡Вчера Школу Тьюторов посетил особый гость: куратор нашего объединения и помощник проректора по международной деятельности — Павел Сергеевич Неделько

☀️Вторым выступающим стала руководитель отдела, старший тьютор и душа нашего объединения - Анна Новосад

✨Спикеры поделились с тьютиками секретами самых успешных ивентов, а также своим бесценным опытом организации мероприятий. Во время интерактивной части ребята сами попробовали подготовить ивенты, после чего представили их старшим тьюторам

💫Завтрашние лекции отделов SMM и Навигации завершат лекционный этап осенней школы, ждите прямого включения!

🧡Yesterday, the Tutor School was visited by a special guest: the curator of our association and Assistant to the Vice-Rector for International Activities — Pavel Sergeevich Nedelko

☀️ The second speaker was the head of the department, senior tutor, and the soul of our association — Anna Novosad

✨ The speakers shared with the tutors the secrets of the most successful events, as well as their invaluable experience in organizing events. During the interactive part, the participants themselves tried to prepare an event, which at the end of the lecture they presented to the senior tutors

💫 The lecture stage of the autumn school will be concluded by tomorrow’s lectures from the SMM and Navigation departments — stay tuned for a live broadcast!

🧡Тьюторы бьют все рекорды по встреченным иностранцам!

📎С конца августа волонтёры отдела Навигации встретили более 140 иностранцев, в числе которых студенты, сотрудники вузов и даже ректорат! Время встреч было самым разным: делегации прилетали как в 4 утра, так и в 8 вечера

💗Многие студенты были нам настолько благодарны, что привозили сувениры и снеки из своих стран: брелоки, печеньки и даже фигурки! Несколько ребят заявили о своём желании стать тьюторами и уже с нетерпением ждут следующую школу👀

⭐️Мы безмерно рады помочь такому большому количеству человек, но на этом не останавливаемся🧡

🧡Tutors are breaking all records for the number of international visitors met!

📎Since late August, volunteers from the Navigation Department have met more than 140 international visitors, including students, university staff, and even the rectorate! Meeting times varied widely: delegations arrived as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 8 p.m.

💗Many students were so grateful to us that they brought souvenirs and snacks from their countries: keychains, cookies, and even figurines! Several students said they wanted to become tutors and are already eagerly awaiting the next school👀

⭐️We are incredibly happy to help such a large number of people, but we’re not stopping there🧡

⭐️Вчера тьютики провели первую неформальную встречу в компании тьюторов! Атмосфера была огненной: игры, обсуждения, шутки - было всё🌼

🗓Впереди у будущего поколения неделя работы над проектами, в ходе которой они смогут показать свои умения, узнать много нового и получить практический опыт работы с иностранцами!

Наступает финишная прямая на пути становления тьютиков полноценными тьюторами✨

⭐️Yesterday, the junior tutors held their first informal meeting together with the tutors! The atmosphere was lit: games, discussions, jokes—there was everything🌼

🗓Ahead of the future generation is a week of project work, during which they will be able to show their skills, learn a lot of new things, and gain practical experience working with international students!

The home stretch is approaching on the path of junior tutors becoming full-fledged tutors✨
