Vigilantism is not desirable, but it serves a good purpose. In US history, when the court system was too slow or inefficient or corrupt and officials refused to do anything or couldn’t do anything, vigilantes were the only ones to administer justice at all.

Happened in the South, the West, and early in Colonial New England for just a few examples. It makes perfect sense that it’s happening now.

A couple of years ago, I saw a dissident right person (forgot who) describe the Weimar Republic as "the first Neo-Liberal state," even though the republic was founded by two Marxist socialist parties (evolutionary, not revolutionary) and Marxist parties collectively averaged the most seats in Weimar parliament until the NSDAP landslide in 1932.

Reminds me of DR people today claiming that we live under "Neo-Liberalism," even though globalists are creating the perfect Fabian technocracy, a managed and planned economy with international government-corporate collusion, are talking about abolishing private property, implementing a one-world currency, etc., and derived all of their social ideologies from Frankfurt School Marxists. It couldn't be more distinct from people like Hayek.
