• Bump to San-kernel v2.4.
• Upstreamed to linux version 4.19.299.
• Some scheduler improvements has been made.
• Fixed various memory leaks.
• Enabled 633MHZ and 902MHZ for big clusters to save power when device is idle.
• Reduced boot up time.
• Introduce sbalance for irq balancer.
• Go through commits for more changes.
• Added latest kernelsu version(v11366).
• Optimized overall kernel and performance improved.
