What's changing on all four markets:
• Maker Rebates → 30% of eligible taker fees
• LP Rewards → $10 daily pool per market
• Minimum Contracts → 50 (lowered, so smaller orders now qualify)
Everything else stays as-is; Daily and Hourly Crypto markets are unaffected.
