When I was 18 a remember discussing with an old man at the bar how we are going backwards in many respects. I discussed the great building techniques from ancient Egyptians to even the 1800/1900 era.

We have lost our way on how to build like we use too. My first house was dated 1781 and it was solid. I wonder how many houses built in the last 30 years will be around in 200+ years?
