Over $208 million has been allocated for “the development & purchase of vaccines, antivirals, necessary medical supplies, diagnostics, & surveillance tools”

$800M was designated for the sec of HHS (RFK) to declare a public health emergency & take appropriate actions “including authorizing emergency use of medical countermeasures & providing funding for response efforts.”

In section 91 there is $700 million for “emerging zoonotic infectious diseases”

This is an addition to RFK and FDA giving fast track designation to Arcturus therapeutics- a Bill Gates funded biotech company in spring of 2025. the fast track designation was given for STARR® mRNA Vaccine Candidate ARCT-2304- for a Pandemic vaccine for “bird flu”.

In other words, they’re “preparing” for the next crisis they’re about to create.
