What is Satsang?

Satsang, is a Sanskrit word which means "Gathering together for the truth" or more simply, "Being with the truth". We meet here together to recognize the Truth this is within and eternal. To be in Satsang means to be in association with Truth.

The blessing here is that there is no script, we will have heartful and soulful conversations about the Truth.

We will start the session with 7 chakra healing singing bowl sound healing music, followed by 2 minutes of silence and deep breathing exercises to bring us to the present moment, which will be followed by your deepest questions, doubts or concerns with regards to your walk/path or about awareness, light or source itself.

But live by the spirit, and resist the desires of the body. So give heed to how much you have eaten when you are sated, and eat always less by a third. Do so in honour of your life!
