My being had a thought today about the dark forces feeding the players and why we need to start growing our own food...
The dark forces are the food chain mastars; and they own all major food chains.
Knowing that they are playing against the players in the virtual reality program; why would the players want to consume their food like substances?
Why would the players want to support the businesses owned by the dark forces?
Can the players trust the dark forces to sell the players healthy food?
How do the players know if the food being sold to them hasn’t been tampered with (nanotechnology)?
If the dark forces one day decides not to feed the players; what would the players do?
Solution.....
1. Start investing in seeds
2. Break your addiction to cooked food
3. Start growing your own food
4. Support local farmers/market
5. Eat fresh produce daily
6. Purchase your food from independent companies/brands instead of major companies/brands
7. Drink more herbal teas and eat less solid food substances
8. Train yourself to eat one plant based meal daily
9. Slowly but surely refrain from buying packaged food substances
10. Fast more
11. Eliminate parasites in order to eliminate CRAVINGS.
If you are unable to control your food consumption; you are either being controlled by parasites or the chemicals (drugs) in the food like substances.
Think about this carefully...
You will never be addicted to fruits and vegetables; but why?

She is not removing chakras from the players operating system; and she has not removed her chakras from her operating system.
Abbey needs to stop deceiving the players; and she needs to stop deceiving her self. She needs to apologize to all the players that she has deceived; or she will not be able to move forward in her life.
