You can meditate for hours
You can fast for days
You can receive healing from healers
You can stay at ashrams for weeks
You can study the Rigveda
You can do all the things that you think will make you more spiritual or more powerful; but if you have not removed the programs from your operating system and living in truth and righteousness; everything else is for entertainment purposes.
There are NO SHORT CUTS; and in order to free yourself from the dark forces; you need to devote your whole life to freeing yourself and staying free.

The session was very powerful for me in shifting my consciousness, in times when I really needed it the most. There are only a few players in the virtual reality program who are dedicated to evolving, growing and leveling of up energetically.
The players who live in truth and righteousness are very rare. The players who live in truth and righteousness stay vibrating on a higher level, and while doing so those players are raising the vibration in the virtual reality program.
The players who speak truth are brave and confident; and they are aware that speaking truth is a form of respect for other players and themselves.
Living in truth and righteousness is mastership level; that not only evolves and grows the players but heals the players and sets them free to be their true selves.
Speaking truth must become a daily practice for the players who want to evolve, grow and heal.
