I have learnt I need to empty my mind of all previous teachings, in almost every thing in life. I must look out for self first, before offering to assist others.

Being consistent, keeping up with the shared information, I had stopped going on line for long periods, so I am usually playing catchup.

Being fully committed to improving my wellness, to my purpose here on planet earth, being the best version of me in every aspect of my life.
Surpassing 140 levelup score, this way I know I have defeated all my daemons
