My being does this to many people, obviously not intentionally; but just by living in truth, speaking truth and revealing their truth!

My being has been fasting from cooked food for 8 days now and the need to eat (period) is diminishing.
If hunger presents itself; then my being will snack on a handful or raw nuts which will satisfy the hunger. It feels great not having to think about cooking.
My dreams/premonitions have been consistent, meaningful and lucid. My conversations with the higher ones have been reassuring, comforting and loving. It feels amazing having a deep connection with higher Intelligences.
My will power is my saving grace! It gave me the strength to say no to cooked for 8 days! My heart is filled with gratitude!
