Thank you so much for yesterday Nama, I’m so thankful for your guidance and help. Just to think you could give me the exact healing I needed alll this time and I persuaded myself or was convinced not to reach out! I can see why now.
I also felt like yesterday after we spoke I looked in the mirror in the bathroom and I looked so different, the last few months maybe even more than that maybe couple of years each time I look in the mirror I’ve been thinking who is this? I looked so dull and dying, my skin was so pale and dusty, my eyes had lost their life.
When I looked in the mirror yesterday I had colour in my face and my eyes were twinkling again
I’m really grateful to have crossed paths with you and for the community you’ve created, I loved rising chanting today. I feel a lot more peaceful now.

They would rather pretend to be happy or fake it to make just so they don’t feel alone and left out.
We were born to have the best life experience and we cannot injoy life if we are not involved in our own life experience(s).
Levelling up attracts those who don’t want to live ordinary, mediocre lives. Levelling up is for the extra ordinaries, the leaders and the masters. Levelling up is a road less travelled.

NO COOKED FOOD FAST
My being has been fasting from cooked food for the last 5 days. My Livity has consisted of cucumbers, water melons, raw nuts and herbal teas.
The first 3 days is always challenging; but once the 3rd day passes the temptation of consuming cooked food disappears.
My blood sugar level dropped to 84mg/dl which caused me to feel very dizzy, lethargic and weak.
Today my being feels mentally sharper, spiritually much stronger and physically energised!
My dreams have been out of this world. In one of my dreams my being pierced through the veil of this reality using one of my fingers! What we believe is real is simply a projection.
The higher one encouraged me to only eat cooked food two days per week. It told me my avatar would one day not accept consuming cooked food, just as it has rejected the consumption of meat (death). It told me too much cooked food damages the avatar.
My avatar definitely feels much more better and my brain feels extra balanced! My Crystal Meditation and chanting session this rising was enhanced, focused and unyielding.
My being looks forward to what will continue to unfold in my life experience.
