Becoming spiritual while having a human experience is one of the hardest challenges you will ever face.
Why?
Because we live in a world that has been created to prevent us from returning to our true selves (spirit/soul).
Religions were created to compensate for the longing humans would feel to return to their original self but instead religions do the opposite.
They encourage humans to give their power away to unseen forces which are dark forces that siphon on the energy of humans when they worship false gods.

Thank you so much for yesterday Nama, I’m so thankful for your guidance and help. Just to think you could give me the exact healing I needed alll this time and I persuaded myself or was convinced not to reach out! I can see why now.
I also felt like yesterday after we spoke I looked in the mirror in the bathroom and I looked so different, the last few months maybe even more than that maybe couple of years each time I look in the mirror I’ve been thinking who is this? I looked so dull and dying, my skin was so pale and dusty, my eyes had lost their life.
When I looked in the mirror yesterday I had colour in my face and my eyes were twinkling again
I’m really grateful to have crossed paths with you and for the community you’ve created, I loved rising chanting today. I feel a lot more peaceful now.
