Gratitude Nama!!
My recent PDT scan with you was a huge revelation. I discovered I had issues that I never considered before, so I'm thankful to have learned about it from you before it's too late.
I thought that making better health choices in the present (going vegetarian, starting URI-therapy, etc.) would be enough but what I learned was that the consequences of many years of poor health choices previously has accumulated in my life and further actions must be taken to address those too. Fortunately all the actions needed to be taken to address them are totally doable and really just a matter of diligent effort!
I highly recommend everyone look into this, even if you consider yourself to be healthy already.
