The wrong food combination can create negative effects on our digestive system. The mono diet is a simple eating pattern that involves eating just one food item or food group for all meals throughout the day.

ASTRAL RAPE
Sadly, it is all too common for human men, women and children to be subjected to Astral Rape, during sleep state, which is a significant part of perpetuating the Sexual Misery programming, and carrying out trauma based Mind Control, also referred to as Satanic Ritual Abuse.
Astral Sex is very similar to regular physical intercourse. These kinds of astral encounters can be a dark manipulation and deception carried out by Reptilian or NAA entities, to trick the person into believing they are having a sexual encounter with a loved one, or fantasy object, like their soul mate or a celebrity. To trick the person into sexual feelings or to perceive the entity as another identity during sleep state, while in the Astral Plane, most commonly is the use of Holographic Inserts placed into the person's astral body.
Some Alien Abductees may endure sleep state Astral Rapes intermittently, over a period of weeks, months or years. This may start in early childhood and continue into adulthood, sometimes programming the abductee into over-sexualized behaviors, promiscuity and destructive perversions. Feelings of powerlessness, fear and despair, while inciting sexual arousal are used to confuse and terrorize the abductee as they are being assaulted by the astral rapes, which these entities feed off as Loosh.
