This challenge requires you to refrain from eating processed snacks for 3DAYA! If you do feel like snacking, you can only snack on fruits or vegetables!
It is important to be prepared before embarking to n this challenge if you plan to win. Purchase your raw plant based snacks, so you can reach for them, when temptations comes knocking!
Note: You May experience withdrawal symptoms sucks as headaches, light headedness, dizziness, hunger pangs, temptations or frustration which are all normal.
