“3 DAYS ELIMINATION” CHALLENGE

This challenge is about cleansing the colon and bringing the body back into alignment.

You will need:
1. Epsom Salt (pharmaceutical grade)

2. Live Probiotics (to inoculate the gut after each elimination)

3. Time delegated to the cleansing process

Instructions:
On rising you will take 1tablespoon of Epsom salt in a glass (8oz) of room temperature water, stir the salts & then drink content on an empty stomach.

Within 1-3 hrs you will begin to eliminate toxins from your body. While you are eliminating you shouldn’t eat anything, as this can interrupt the elimination process. But you can drink fresh juices or water.

The elimination process should last between 2-4 hours. Once complete, then you can eat. Light meals only such as soups, salads or steam vegetables.

After this 3 days challenge, you will feel like you have never felt before.
