I ended my 7 days URINE FAST 2 days ago and I have been living on only MANGOES ever since then! I guess I have transitioned to a MANGO ONLY FEAST!

My stomach has shrunk considerably, so my stomach will only allow me to eat one big mango without feeling uncomfortable!

The white vinegar and URINE formula I made (spirit of Mindererus) really works well for me, in giving me the nutrients I need as well as suppressing my appetite!

The emptier I AM, the clearer and lighter I feel. I intend to travel to more different realities in this state of being! It’s very accessible!

4TH DAY RAW DIET

After completing 7 days on URINE & HERBAL T, I went straight into feasting on mangoes!

The desire to eat cooked food has still not showed up yet, so I AM riding the wave with being RAW until then!

I have been doing exciting things with Mangoes. I have been using different seasonings on them and coming up with tantalizing tastes!

Green Mangoes/cayenne pepper and smoked paprika

Green Mangoes/sea salt and white vinegar

I had a mango and green olive salad yesterday for the first time and I added white vinegar, sea salt and yeast flakes....OMG! I AM hooked!

I LOVE WHITE VINEGAR!

I feel amazing, excited and accomplished!

My URINE literally gives me 95% of the nutrients I need so I AM using my FREQUENCY NUTRIENTS less because I truly have no need for them!

I use FREQUENCY NUTRIENTS for Vitamin C, D, D1, D2! But now I AM feasting on mangoes. I AM getting those nutrients with every bite!

I AM working on NOOTROPIC FREQUENCIES currently! Which I AM very exited about! It’s time enhance my brain capacity!

6TH DAY RAW LIVITY

I have been living on fresh, sweet Mangoes and now Olives for the last 6 days. But before that I fasted for 7 days on herbal T & URINE!

I feel so MAGNIFICENT!
I feel so Alive & Alert but yet humbled!

My higher self directly pointed something out to me in my imagination yesterday and when I looked into it, the download from high was right on point!

I AM always amazed when my higher self speaks to my avatar! My higher self (laying up in a pod) is always guiding me!

I have thought about cooked food and it feels unappealing to me right now! I AM not saying I will never eat cooked food again but right now my body, mind and soul is loving this high vibration!

Cooked food (drugs) is highly addictive this I know! I AM just happy that I have complete control over it when I do eat it!

I advise anyone who is serious about ASCENDING to start with your diet! Start with being completely honest about what you eat and how much you eat and try your best to start taking control because true ASCENSION starts and ends with INFORMATION!

Food is a formula formed by INFORMATION (frequency) and if it is not healthy, it can not make you healthy! And if you are not healthy, you can not/will not ASCEND!

WE WERE BORN TO EVOLVE NOT DEVOLVE!

We can live until we are 200 if our minds/body/soul are EVOLVING but we exit (die) prematurely when we are DEVOLVING!

Consistency is the MASTAR KEY!
