6TH DAY OF FAST:
I wish I could explain how I feel but I think if I did, I would devalue what I AM truly feeling!
I know beyond a shadow of any doubt, I have expanded my consciousness during the last couple of days! I went to bed last night singing and woke up singing.
I feel like I AM floating somewhere but nowhere! I have been speaking to my cells, DNA/RNA, mitochondria and asking them to reveal to me more of my make up and I received a very very powerful revealation last night!
It almost floored me! But I got what I asked for! It was very intense and with the intensity both the answers and the solutions manifested!
I AM not the same being I was 6 days ago. I can literally feel the difference! I now know the only thing I need to truly stay alive and strive healthily is my URINE!
I have been drinking Herbal T’s, as well as taking water kefir (live probiotics) along with white vinegar and it has been helping to flush my kidneys (diuretic) and my gut loves the combination!
One great thing I have uncovered is drinking the two solutions together suppresses my appetite. Something else is happening beyond that too! I feel zenned out!
My soul wants more silence
My soul wants to show me something within the silence, within the darkness, within the stillness!
I highly recommend this FAST for those who are ready to evolve their consciousness, destroy drug food addiction and become MASTAR OF SELF!
The stronghold drug foods had over me is broken. The desire to eat cooked food is in my control.
I AM LIBERATED
And it’s the best feeling in the whole world to free yourself from enslavement!
I AM here to help those who are READY to help themselves! One step at a time it takes to free yourself from the constraints of this reality!

MY FASTING
I BROKE MY FAST THIS RISING WITH A JUICY MANGO! It felt sacred connecting to the mango while I consumed it!
I have decided to continue UROTHERAPY for the rest of my life because it just makes perfect sense to have a tablespoon of Evolved (aged) URINE daily (2-3x) which gives my body 95% of the nutrients my body needs!
Mind boggling I know but that’s the way nature intended!
I have a whole bunch of MANGOES that I will be feasting on for the next few days. I have no desire to ingest cooked food. I AM allowing my consciousness to work out the right Livity (diet) for my existence!
I have plans to make MANGO leather as well as MANGO wine and MANGO probiotics! This type of consumption is known as a MONO DIET (Livity)!
I AM also very impressed with the power of white vinegar! It is making my gut really happy and doing an amazing job suppressing my appetite!
I feel really still within.
My consciousness is seeking the higher aspect of itself!
I AM spending more time in darkness and stillness! I AM rebuilding a ONEderfull connection with my cellular system with focus intent!
I AM USING MY CONSCIOUSNESS TO FIND ERROR IN MY CODE!

I came to a point in my life where I could no longer run from my shadow self. I knew I wanted(needed) to heal and I was willing to do the shadow work however, I had no clue where to even start. So I asked my higher self for guidance and Nama’s shadow work course literally fell into my lap. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was a sign. It was exactly what I needed to do in that exact moment so I contacted Nama and everything continued to flow.
The outcome of my first two sessions were far beyond my expectations. In the first session, the knowledge I obtained about the darker part of myself in which I denied and tried to hide from others was now front and center . It was extremely hard for me to hear, but was also very liberating at the same time. It finally gave me a better understanding as to why things were the way they were and why I was making certain choices that I wasn’t necessarily proud of even with being on this journey of awakening and in doing “the work”. Nama assured me that this was all part of the process and she gave me the tools I needed to get through and stand in my power until our next session.
Nama created a space for me to be completely myself. In my most vulnerable state I felt absolutely no judgement from her.
Our second session ended with me feeling light and free after the powerful clearing that she did. It was a breakthrough in my healing and I felt amazing. I am currently basking in this energy and it feels absolutely incredible.
Although there are many layers still left to be uncovered that my bring up different emotions, I’m in a great space and so ready for it. Nama reminded me that I am indeed my own healer and she was just the portal being used by source to bring to light what needed to be addressed.
I have so much gratitude that I crossed paths with Nama and I am so excited for what’s to come.
