2 DAYS NO SUGAR CHALLENGE
White sugar can be harmful to the human body in many ways and they have put it in most food items not only to preserve food but to cause an addiction. Most humans have cravings for sweet things.
Well this challenge requires you to refrain from consuming sugar and artificial sweeteners for 2 days. This challenge does not restrict fruit sugar (fructose).
No cakes, biscuits, snacks, no sodas, pastries, ketchup, cured meats, candy, bread, soups, cereals, salad dressings, pasta sauces, flavored yogurts, and so forth.
It is important to be prepared before embarking on this challenge if you plan to win.
Note: You may experience withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, light headedness, dizziness, hunger pangs, temptations, which are all normal. BE STRONG!
