BEAT THE GREED CHALLENGE
If you want to lose weight, cut calories or become more disciplined, this challenge is a good place to start. This challenge is all about PORTION CONTROL. It requires you to EAT ONLY one meal a day between 8am – 7pm for 2 days.
Liquids are not restricted and can also be consumed but no alcohol or dairy allowed throughout this challenge.
We encourage you to journal the challenges you face and the emotions that surface.
It is important to prepare before embarking on this challenge if you plan to win.
Note: You may experience withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, light headedness, dizziness, hunger pangs, temptations, which are all normal. BE STRONG!
We will meet up on zoom for 1hr at 10am (EST) on the 23rd April, to share our challenged experiences. A zoom link will be sent to your email or Telegram the day before the challenge ends.

Take in most of your liquids between now and 3pm then have your main meal! And then continue with your liquids if you have a need for them!
Make most of your liquids, plant medicine such as herbal teas!
Sniff on your essential oils:
1. Peppermint
2. Rosemary
3. Camphorated
4. Patchouli (rub one drop on each temple)
5. Lemon
6. Grapefruit
7. Marjoram
8. Orange
9. Thyme
10. Cinnamon
