BEAT THE GREED CHALLENGE:
If you want to lose weight, cut calories or become more disciplined, this challenge is a good place to start. This challenge is all about PORTION CONTROL. It requires you to EAT ONLY one meal a day between 8am – 7pm for 2 days.
Liquids are not restricted and can also be consumed but no alcohol or dairy allowed throughout this challenge.
We encourage you to journal the challenges you face and the emotions that surface.
It is important to prepare before embarking on this challenge if you plan to win.
Note: You may experience withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, light headedness, dizziness, hunger pangs, temptations, which are all normal. BE STRONG!

I have followed your advice regards urine therapy and it has transformed my body😎🤙🏼 skin is smooth(face wrinkles getting shallower) hair is growing back even on bald patch, aches and pains gone, eyesight improving🤷🏻♂️ but the main one is a troublesome pile/ hemmeriod has disappearred and i mean gone☺️ toilet duties are swifter and cleaner(solid but pass easier) thanks for advice i do every morning on wake up and even during day😘👌🏼

I'd like to show gratitude also. I started off reading everything you put on here and Twitter. I've been doing holistic work for over 30 years and over the last few years fell into a slump. You have totally motivated me again. You won't believe the energy I've had today plus have been sniffing Peppermint as you advised and it works! So I really have not felt hungry and mainly snacked on fruit. I'm here for the long hall too 😊❤️😊❤️ Thank you so much.
