I fasted yesterday and felt at one with my soul! My studies are getting deeper into the world of microbiology!
I broke my fast just and realized how much my stomach has shrunk in size during the 21 days of not eating solid foods! Feels like I have had a bypass surgery!
I cannot eat more than a clenched fist full of food at one time because my stomach won’t allow me too which is AMAZING! It definitely helps with portion CONTROL!
Why pay £1000s for a bypass surgery when you can just Frequency Fast for 21 days and naturally shrink your stomach!
I still haven’t worked out how I will move forward with eating solid food! It really isn’t that important to me any more! I AM happier eating less solid food that’s for sure!

Once you get rid of all PATHOGENS your body will have the best opportunity to begin healing.
