SPIRITUAL ASCENSION
As humanity biologically evolves through the Spiritual Ascension process, there is the alchemical process of synthesizing the pairs of opposing forces within the auric (Lightbody) bodies.
As we come into exposure with these frequencies they activate our spiritual progress, and we will naturally attract experiences, such as other people and circumstances that are designed to help us further spiritually develop.
Most of these types of spiritually based experiences or relationships will push to the surface energetic imbalances, such as fears or unresolved pain that exist in the mental and emotional body.

In making new choices we can regain our energetic balance that is aligned to our true core essence. If we do not understand the context of our experience or relationship as a purposed evolutionary journey, we can become stuck on obsolete co-dependent patterns and mired in looping painful issues.

9. Detox at least once a month (a clean body is a healthy body)
10. Unplug from the maTRICKS & stop absorbing the deception they are trying to feed us
11. Find Your Tribe (make sure their living a righteous life and not just speaking about righteousness)
12. Heal your child hood trauma and your adult pain (the only way to move forward harmoniously)

We have been programmed to live a material life all of our lives which required us to go to work, look after the family, hang out with friends & repeat.
But when we make a decision to ascend, we transition into a spiritual life which requires commitment, dedication, innerstanding, time & knowledge!
In order to live a rich spiritual life, daily practices are required such as, meditation, mantras, affirmations, studying, or rituals.
If we do not have a daily spiritual practice, we starve our spirit & soul & will feel depleted & disconnected from our higherself & purpose!
The higher we evolve is the sooner we unlock our spiritual gifts!
We have to make a decision to become devotees to our life’s mission. We have activate our vision in order to stay on our path!
It’s not easy but the rewards are AMAZING! We only get out what we put in!
