Today's session was so powerful Nama I give you so much thanks. You clarified the imposters which instantly made sense to me because I always knew something heavy was hovering other than myself but couldn't quite work it out.
On explaining how they came about I totally resonated as I looked back on my upbringing. In releasing them I feel so much lighter, no more denseness nor foggy sensation exists. I now feel like I'm in control of my doings and my thoughts.
The latter part of the session did concern me a liitle though because as you worked on my other body fields, I felt the tightness gripping at my chest, then after several yawns I literally felt the tightness being peeled away like layers, which made me real-eyes it was another form of release.
I am humbly grateful for your guidance Nama and I will continue the works with the support of my spiritual guides.

NAMA WISDOM
I JUST HAD THE BEST FREQUENCY MEDITATION!
I real eyes many humans who sit to meditate have serious problems with sitting still with their thoughts for extended periods of time. The monkey in the mind starts playing up after a few seconds!
But we have come accustomed to accepting that monkey as the norm but that monkey is Archontic Parasite Activity!
Meditation is about going within to reconnect to higher consciousness which means raising vibrations. The monkey on the mind doesn’t want us to do that, so it will try everything to prevent us from reaching higher heights!
All of a sudden you get an itch here or a poke there out of nowhere. The parasites inside don’t want you meditating either! They survive on low frequency only!
Most humans do not real eyes we are not fighting against flesh and blood but seen and unseen, organic and artificial intelligent beings from different dimensions!
They get away with their abductions & manipulations because we consent without being conscious we are consenting!
Many humans have made contracts with malevolent beings who presented themselves with a smile and good gesture!
I wish to focus on the physical parasites commonly known as round worms, flat worms, tapeworms, pinworms, thread worms etc!
They have a parasitic relationship with all sentient beings to some lesser or greater degree! And they will do anything to make sure they survive. They feed on low vibrational foods and their counterpart (Archontic) feeds on low vibrations!
The more we feed them is the less of ourselves we shall feel! Most humans are out of control with their eating, thinking, feelings and beings. Most humans feel LOW IN VIBRATION!
Most humans cannot sit still for 5 minutes without fidgeting or being distracted! This is a form of MENTAL ILLNESS but no one is talking about it!
We all need to do ourselves a great favour and start looking at what the medical professionals are trying to divert us from!
PARASITES IS A WORLD PROBLEM NOT AN UNDER DEVELOPED COUNTRY PROBLEM!
PARASITES ARE EATING ALL HUMANS ALIVE INCLUDING THE DOCTORS!
And unless we destroy them completely and manage them consciously and consistently they will return and we will always be their slaves and them our MASTARS!
If you have CRAVINGS you have parasites!

I don’t see many people talking about this and you have the right of it. In my experience nothing has brought on “demonic” attack like deparasiting the body. I now have a natural alert system when either physical or non-physical parasites are present and attempting any type of feeding or manipulation and of course what I’ve allowed vibrationally which even gave them the opportunity. Once free from these creatures we literally find ourselves living in a different world than those around us. We can see and empathize with the plight of those still struggling with these entities but we are no longer truly among them. Ever hopeful though...

They try to stop eating junk but there is a great power over them!
Sorcery is in control!
But this spell can be broken!
The way to break the first curse is to stop eating 3 meals a day, refrain from eating all animal products (death), drink 2-3 liters of water daily and DESTROY ALL INTERNAL PARASITES!
Once we can control what we put into our mouths, we will then be able to control our minds!
We have two brains.
One in the gut (nematodes)
One in the head (archons)
Both are connected!
