Today's session was so powerful Nama I give you so much thanks. You clarified the imposters which instantly made sense to me because I always knew something heavy was hovering other than myself but couldn't quite work it out.
On explaining how they came about I totally resonated as I looked back on my upbringing. In releasing them I feel so much lighter, no more denseness nor foggy sensation exists. I now feel like I'm in control of my doings and my thoughts.
The latter part of the session did concern me a liitle though because as you worked on my other body fields, I felt the tightness gripping at my chest, then after several yawns I literally felt the tightness being peeled away like layers, which made me real-eyes it was another form of release.

Some of them lurk around in the green grass like a deadly snake, they seek to bite you. Be wise enough to make a fool out of them. But always love unconditionally, it is your greatest weapon in spirituality.
Don't be in haste to commit to anyone as a friend. Always remember you have been your own best friend in the darkest moments and you never gave up encouraging your self through the pains and aches. Don't fall for sweet talking lips, they have poisons in their mouth. Watch before you leap and they can never dim down your light.
The ocean of life drowned you but you rose up without anyone to help you. You did it without their permission and assistance. Congratulations for being resilient in your journey. There's no demon or Satan from hell that can keep you down. You're your own defeat and victory, never accept negative self talk. Hold your head up and walk away from the worldly dramas.
You are the only person you have got and that is a great sign of self love. Treat yourself well and you will treat others well. Friendship is not the abandonment of yourself but rather it is the possession of your imperfections and perfections. Embrace your self completely, this is a true definition of LOVE. Keep it up!!

HEALTH BENEFITS OF TURMERIC
Description
Turmeric is a rhizome.
It is perennial.
It belongs to the Ginger family.
It grows in a tropical climate.
The plant grows up to 1.5 M.

In TCM :
Turmeric Rhizome : Jiang Huang, Pian Jiang Huang

The answer is to mix turmeric with a little black pepper to make the absorption more effective. Black pepper acts as a catalyst.
The synergistic effect increases the absorption considerably.
Combine Turmeric powder with 10% freshly ground black pepper. Dissolve in hot sesame oil and consume direct or as part of a vegetable. Make sure the oil does not smoke. Follow the intake with a glass of warm NUT milk. Try tincturing it. The absorption increases many fold.
Meridians Associated : Lungs, Heart, Stomach, Spleen, Liver and Gallbladder.
