Thank you so much for yesterday Nama, I’m so thankful for your guidance and help. Just to think you could give me the exact healing I needed alll this time and I persuaded myself or was convinced not to reach out! I can see why now.
I also felt like yesterday after we spoke I looked in the mirror in the bathroom and I looked so different, the last few months maybe even more than that maybe couple of years each time I look in the mirror I’ve been thinking who is this? I looked so dull and dying, my skin was so pale and dusty, my eyes had lost their life.
When I looked in the mirror yesterday I had colour in my face and my eyes were twinkling again
I’m really grateful to have crossed paths with you and for the community you’ve created, I loved rising chanting today. I feel a lot more peaceful now.

Take care of your home, take care of your body. Connect with your spiritual home. When you take care of yourself, you take care of others at the same time.
Do not underestimate the spiritual dimension of this crisis. Adopt the perspective of an eagle that sees everything from above with a broader vision.
There is a social demand in this crisis, but also a spiritual demand. The two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we fall into fanaticism. Without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and futility.
You are prepared to go through this crisis.
Grab your toolbox and use all the tools at your disposal. Learn to resist by the example of the Indian and African peoples: we have been and continue to be exterminated.
* But we never stopped singing, dancing, lighting fires and having joy.
Don't feel guilty for feeling lucky in these difficult times. Being sad and without energy doesn't help at all.
* Resilience is resilience through joy!
You have the right to be strong and positive. You have to maintain a beautiful, cheerful and bright posture.
This has nothing to do with alienation (ignorance of the world). It is a strategy of resistance.
When we walk in the door, we have a new view of the world because we have faced our fears and difficulties.
This is what you can do now:
- Serenity in the storm,
- Keep calm, meditate daily,
- Make a habit of encountering the sacred every day.

I can't participate any longer in information intake. I don't know where people continue to find the energy.
It's all quite simple:
Everything is a lie.
Language, numbers, letters, science, history, shape of the Earth, the stars, the 'cosmos', you, your body, your mind, your power, everything has been subverted.
The only constant is the love in your heart which is the light of God.
It has no time, no language, no numbers, no letters, no science, no shape... There it is.
I'm sure we are all 'at it', getting to know the truth further and further and further and further, zapping our way through more and more of essentially their information... where the ultimate ingredients are right here, unspoken, unblemished, full and raw power within, and the more their keep us locked in their (information) spirit of Satan and Saturn worship ("I oppose all forms of satan") the less we spend time in the light and being the light.
I have no answers any longer.
But I see the effects of all this Awakening and I can only hope that eventually, we just switch it all off and participate in the light once again. I know the darkness is necessary for the masses to confront and transform, but those who have now entered a darknews loop will do well to get the light generators going, because in the end... that will be our masterstroke.

EVENING CHANTING

Even when I don’t feel like it, I push myself towards my daily spiritual devotions, because each practice raises my vibration and always give me meaningful visionary insights and experiences!
YAHWEH talks to me telepathically in my mind. The conversations are so clear and precise, I can not doubt what I hear or what I see!
While chanting yesterday evening I held on to my Lumerian Crystal and I activated its power through my intention. Within a few minutes, the hand which held the Crystal started pulsating and my fingers starting twitching, as they were receiving energy from the Crystal. I paid close attention to the twitching until it ceased. The experience lasted for about a minute or two.
My soul and I journeyed Into the dark void and it was there I received comfort and reassurance that I was on the right track and ready to deliver and unpack the next phase of my life mission!
I was guided to do something I have not done before......I took deep conscious breaths and held them for as long as I could. I completely trusted this process. At one point I held my breath for so long, I went somewhere beyond my breath where I felt more alive without breathing! Fear was not there, only a definite awareness of the moment.
After chanting I felt exhausted. I soon real eyes’d, it takes far more energy not to breathe than it does to breathe!
Exhausting but powerful practice. Slept like a baby! Total Knock Out!
