❗️ Situation in Belgorod, where the entrance to a high-rise building collapsed after an attack by Ukrainian forces:

▫️ Ukraine shelled the city at around 11:40 Moscow time, the strikes were carried out by Tochka-U complexes, Olkha MLRS and the Czech RM-70 Vampire, the defence ministry said;

▫️ The ministry said air defences shot down the missiles, but debris from one of the Tochka-U missiles damaged a residential building;

▫️ 19 people, including two children, were injured, according to the latest reports. Sixteen people were rescued from the rubble. The dead have not yet been found;

▫️ Part of the roof collapsed after the entrance collapsed, three rescuers were injured;

▫️ 62 apartments and 11 cars were damaged. Temporary shelters have been organised for the residents of the collapsed building;

▫️ The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case into the terrorist attack.

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 Today's attack by Kiev on Belgorod was carried out using NATO weapons, the Russian Permanent Mission to the OSCE reported.

Russia demands that the leadership of the OSCE strongly condemn the criminal attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Belgorod, the mission stated. There should be no double standards within the OSCE regarding Kiev's military crimes.
