👉Any citizen can trigger a formal criminal complaint under oath👈

You just need:👇

👉Reasonable grounds based on facts

👉Clear citation of the offence (e.g., Section 122)

👉Supporting evidence (emails, ignored warnings, harm reports, policy contradictions, etc.)

👉Section 122 gives you the crime

👉Section 504 gives you the mechanism to prosecute it
