Lists “LNP” and “LPX” as core components alongside immunogenic and hepatotoxic indicators. The presence of LNP in this glossary is damning—it implies systemic exposure was already understood.

Introduces narrow AE definitions, only focusing on visible, immediate effects. Anything slow, subtle, or systemic was designed to fall through the cracks.
Page 10 (Exhibit B10)
Clearly states that systemic adverse events would be monitored for just 7 days post-injection. Neurological, autoimmune, or cardiac effects developing weeks later? Deliberately excluded.
