Dear Amazon Relay Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Abdu Isakov, and I am a carrier with Amazon Relay, operating under [ xxxxxx] with the SCAC code [ xxxxx]. I am reaching out to report an issue with the Amazon Relay load board that has been ongoing for the past week.

Since approximately [April 4, 2025], I have noticed that the load board is only displaying 1-pick, 1-drop loads. Previously, I was able to see a variety of loads, including multiple-stop loads, but these are no longer visible. This issue has persisted for a full week, and it is significantly limiting my ability to find suitable loads for my business.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Clearing my browser cache and trying different browsers.
Checking my account settings and filters to ensure no restrictions are applied.
Logging in from different devices and networks.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Specifically, I would like to understand:

Why multiple-stop loads are no longer visible on my load board.
Whether this is a temporary issue or a permanent change.
Any steps I can take to restore visibility of all load types.
Please let me know if you need additional information about my account or setup to investigate further. I would appreciate a prompt response, as this issue is impacting my operations.
In order to provide equal opportunity to all carriers using Relay Load Board, our algorithm tries and equalizes the loads among all carriers in a region based on the supply and demand in that region. The number of loads you see can also be based on your performance scores. Hence, based on your performance and the supply demand dynamics in your region, the number of loads you can see, vary.
