Please note that RouterOS 6.44 and older were using your router’s user password to encrypt your backups by default. If you have already upgraded your RouterOS to version 6.45 or newer, please keep in mind that all your new backups are unencrypted. Please specify the encryption password for your automated backup scripts. Here is the usage example:
/system backup save dont-encrypt=no encryption=aes-sha256 password="zuPassTr0ngPazzw/d"

Vietnam had shown the world's best national COVID protection during 2020 until the April 2021.
It was one of the safest covid-free country which made Vietnam so much attractive to illegal migrants from neighboring countries like China, Cambodia and Laos.
Right after the Independence Day holidays in 30th of April the virus broke through and kept rapidly spreading around the country. Vietnamese nation has rallied together against the virus as they are fighting against the enemy. Ho Chi Minh city is on fire since mid June. Right now Vietnam is campaigning the largest ever mass-vaccination. Vietnam is importing vaccines from all over the world. Russia is going to supply the largest amount of around 40M shots of the Sputnik V and other brands. Vietnam has already enough resources to buy 140M vaccine dozens. The vaccination demand here is superb, but the priority is based on the economy impact reduction. To get the vaccine faster, you should work in the critical economy sector. The country government is very precisely locking down certain areas, districts, cities and provinces based on the infection statistics without the full lock down. The idea is to keep the smart real-time balance between health and economic impact risks. The nation is carefully following government orders and directives as they are respected and considered wise.

Ho Chi Minh city is vaccinating the population 24/7. The acceptance of the the vaccination in Vietnam is ~98% according to recent public polls. The goal is to vaccinate 70% of HCMC by the end of August 2021. The population of the second largest city in Vietnam is around 9M and the vaccination rate is 120k shots per day! By the end of September the beautiful Phu Quoc island should be 100% vaccinated and reopen for international tourists with COVID certificates. Meanwhile the virus has arrived to Muine a few days ago. The whole Binh Thuan province is under strict lockdown.

Meanwhile Vietnam yesterday has received the first commercial order as 750k of 40M dozens of the Sputnik V vaccine from Russia. The full order is planned to be delivered before the end of 2021. Let’s hope that EU approves Russian vaccine before the upcoming MUM Europe 2022 is announced.
