Little tip to everybody. If you're trying to sell a database and there's no hate on that guy, have more than just the data. Look up every single bit of information you can. The more info you have, the more likely you are to find a buyer.
Don't just get an email, get who they are, get their identity, get their address, get their phone number, get how corrupt they are, find out their pending criminal charges, see if they launder the money, see if they need money laundering. Whatever the hell you can dig up is better, because remember, you'll be selling these to rich people and they have loads of time which for some reason they think is important, it isn't. Well, it's very shrimple

The shitty malware sent all the stolen data to a Telegram the scammers made.

We connected to the Telegram channel using the same credentials that were inside of the shitty malware

Inside the channel was the scammer(s)

We got their Telegram IDs

OSINT nerds used their Telegram IDs to see if they were in any other public facing chatrooms.

One of the scammers in there was in several fraud chatrooms. He advertised looking for a video game programmer to make a basic 2D game. He also advertised needing help with some malware stuff.

In a different chatroom he talked about how much he likes skateboarding.

In a different channel he shared his Instagram and was sharing photos of himself next to expensive cars

Then, OSINT nerds looked at his Instagram which had a LinkTree. His LinkTree linked to literally everything about the guy including his YouTube, PayPal, Kick, Twitter, etc.

So either he is a master of disguise, and ran a year long detrace campaign to throw off OSINT nerds in the event he's caught scamming

Or alternatively, he wasn't aware public Telegram chatrooms are public and could be searched easily.

Claude had absolutely nothing to do with his group, by the way. I just wanted to flex the fact that I had somehow made that software 9,000 times faster. And I still had to make a module for cryptographic gratification because it still kept fucking lying to me and saying it was doing shit. God damn it, it's like having real employees, except actually no, it's just like having real employees.

This commit refactors the Alabama state handler to meet the "gold standard" of being registry-driven, using platform-specific helpers, and having standardized methods. It also adds a new web scraper to fetch professional license data from the Alabama State Board of Occupational Therapy.

The legacy `al_api.py` and `ak_api.py` handlers have been removed and the `scripts/fix_state_handlers.py` script has been updated to use the new `AlabamaAPIHandler`. Alaska has been temporarily disabled in the script until a usable data source can be found.
