Don't get hacked.

Here are 5 tips for all the traders + investors who follow us. Check the Security settings in your TradingView profile to ensure you're fully protected. 🔒🔒🔒

1. Use two-factor authentication.

• SMS
• Backup codes
• Authenticator app

It's the surest way to add a layer of security to everything you do.

Tip: activate two-factor auth in the settings menu of your TradingView profile.

2. This one should be obvious by now, but needs to be said again:

Use unique passwords for all sites and applications. Don't put all your eggs into one basket, otherwise, a data breach somewhere else on the web could expose all of your information.

3. Check for breaches and don't ignore suspicious activity.

In your TradingView security settings, you can review session and device history.

Remove unknown devices and change your password if you see unknown locations. Don't share private information across social media that can be used to access your account.

4. Do not share your credentials ever.

It's most likely a scam if someone is promising you free crypto or money in exchange for your account credentials. There is no guaranteed or free money in markets! Be cautious of people who are promising otherwise.

5. Periodically check that you're only using official apps & websites.

Hackers today go so far to make fake apps and websites to trick people. Don't fall for it. Double check every URL and App to ensure they are official.
