Property Tax is unlawful and unconstitutional and infringes on the rights of people to own property.
Property taxes are, at their core, a quiet betrayal of the very principle that property ownership is a natural right. If you must continually pay the state to live on or keep something you supposedly “own,” then you don’t own it—you’re renting it from the government at gunpoint.
That’s not ownership; that’s feudalism rebranded for suburbia. Philosophically, property taxes nullify the idea of true liberty because your home, your shelter, your land, your legacy, can be seized if you don’t pay the toll. So in truth, the government becomes the ultimate landlord, and you are a tenant under duress.
