Can someone explain why are furries tolerated in lefty communities?

1 they are openly sexual, something off putting on a political space
2 they are not good with minors, on average
3 they are not good with pets, on average
4 they are not good with wild animals, on average
5 its easy to create subculture groups with different ulterior motivations
6 It facilitates the existance of drama because of personal relationships
7 It makes criticism from outside the group to inside the group weird since there are misconceptions and prejudices on both ends
8 It makes possible to enter just to get there
9 If someone rejects their part of furry its more likely that they reject their leftist part
10 if they stay leftist (reasonable 100%) it can make them hard to find spaces where their relationship with the fandom is overlooked
11 it doesn't help when you want to portray yourself as the normal average worker
12 some fetishes in particular can make people very unconfortable
13 the furry fandom is not good at hiding those fetishes
14 there are shifts and various positions within the fandom, and it is likely to influence the left
15 there are way too much furry minors (see 2) , and you know, many of them don't work
16 The patterns of consumption of furries can vary a lot, and it can be problematic in some cases
17 The psicological effect of finding one bad furry and how it affects the perception of other furries makes them a bad PR group
18 The mixing of dating spaces and activism spaces attract people who shouldn't be doing one of the two things
