So apparently a guy named Moises Tejada, 54 was on the FBI MOST WANTED LIST.
Here is the deal - he was indicted by a court in 2004 for robbery and kidnapping of a real estate agent and they "linked" him to a similar crime in Brooklyn. He was in EUROPE cause he has been in UKRAINE since 2022 fighting Russians.

There is more to this - I believe "HUNCH" he is linked to the organ trafficking but that is just me.
In addition, I believe he works with people within our agencies and or NGOs cause he went from robbing estate agents - to globe hopping and fighting Russians.
Can't find an outstanding indictment for something that would get him on FBI most wanted. What is going on?
