Have you ever faced a situation in an exam hall when you feel that you know a question you have solved similar problems during your preparation but you get stuck in the exam hall? It is just because we have not consolidates the concepts properly, we know things but they are not fresh.
It has been seen that many students at the last moment try to postpone the revision process and focus on learning more and more, solving more and more questions, and in this process just ignore the revision. Also in most of the competitive exams, the cut-off varies from 50% to 70% so even if you leave 1 chapter it is OK.
So don’t commit this mistake and Remember in exams your success and failure is dependent on what you know and not dependent on what you don’t know so focus on consolidating what you know.

Your success is dependent on what extent a student is able to convert his knowledge (input) into a net score (output).
Results of a survey said that most of the students fail not because of a lack of knowledge (input) but because of the inability to convert the input into an output.
In Spite of this, I have frequently seen it that the student still spends 99% of his energy and time in gaining input i.e. acquiring more and more knowledge and ignoring output.
Active recall is better than passive reading and revising. Making chapter wise mind maps with books closed. Teaching concept to your friend/ appearing in a mock test or question bank with time limit all of them are examples of practicing output.
