September 16 was designated by the United Nations General Assembly as the International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer. This designation had been made on December 19, 2000, in commemoration of the date, in 1987, on which nations signed the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.

After interacting with thousands of students and interviewing 100's of Toppers, I realized that most of the students scoreless not because of lack of knowledge or hard work or intelligence but because of lack of guidance, planned approach and poor study techniques. So, the problem most of the students face is not of potential but of converting that potential into performance.



So what are the mistakes which students commit. Today I am going to share 10 mistakes which all students make.
1. No planning
Most of the students think planning is not required and they want to go with the flow. This is the biggest mistakes, all the toppers I have interviewed in last 15 years have a detailed plan.

We have plans for small trivial things in life like going for a movie but we do not have plan for the most important thing i.e. success in exam we are preparing for .

The reason why most of us do not plan is
• Because we are afraid of failure
• Because we do not want to work under pressure and want to work in a rel

Mistake 2: Complain of poor concentration power

Most of the students think that their concentration power is weak but it is not.
When we watch a favorite film, we are able to concentrate for three hours. We hardly realize who’s beside us, when did he/she get up in between, and so forth. Similarly, a cricket match absorbs all our attention and our eyes get glued to the TV screen.
We can #concentrate when we are watching a movie or a cricket match but when it comes to studying a subject especially a difficult subject we feel distracted by the slightest noise, the faintest whisper, even by the most distant sound of music. So, the basic problem is not that of concentration but is of interest in the activity which we are doing. Concentration is nothing but the extent of #interest and involvement in the subject.
