Iris scanning could become an online authentication tool

Alex Blania, CEO of Worldcoin, believes that billions of people will have to scan their iris as a means of authentication online.

The company scans the irises of people around the world to provide access to the Worldcoin ecosystem, and to distinguish between real people and bots.

โ€œSomething like World ID will eventually exist, meaning that you will need to verify [you are human] on the internet, whether you like it or not,โ€ said Blania.

Would you want to live in such a world?

DOJ sued for not registering Hunter Biden as foreign agent

Attorney General Merrick Garland and President Joe Biden's Justice Department have been sued for failing to require Hunter Biden to register as a foreign agent.

While Garland is defendant in the lawsuit, the America First Legal allegations go back to former President Barack Obama's administration, when Hunter Biden directly represented Ukraine energy company Burisma in dealings with the Obama White House. It is a violation of Foreign Agent Registration Act under 22 U.S.C. ยง 611(b), according to the complaint.

Washington Post set to lose $100 million in 2023

The Washington Post is "on a pace to lose about $100 million in 2023," according to a recent New York Times report.

"The Post has struggled to increase the number of its paying customers since the 2020 election, when its digital subscriptions peaked at three million. It now has around 2.5 million," The Times wrote.

Jeff Bezos, who bought the Washington Post 10 years ago, is probably not very pleased with that.

Gavin Newsom threatens to fine school district $1.5 million for regecting LGBT materials

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has threatened to fine Temecula School District $1.5 million after it rejected a proposed curriculum from the governorโ€™s office for its LGBT content.

The Temecula County school board voted to reject a curriculum that included a social studies book that referenced Harvey Milk, an LGBT activist and politician. Opponents are reportedly concerned about an alleged relationship Milk had with a teenager while in his 30s.

โ€œIf the school board wonโ€™t do its job by its next board meeting to ensure kids start the school year with basic materials, the state will deliver the book into the hands of children and their parents โ€” and weโ€™ll send the district the bill and fine them for violating state law,โ€ Newsom said in a July 14 press release after the school board voted to reject his curriculum.

After threats, the school board has voted to approve the proposed social studies curriculum for elementary students.

The woke propaganda is looking more and more like a dictatorship. Welcome to California.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€โšง๏ธU.S. states massively introduce bans on gender reassignment for children

Protecting children from harm used to be the obvious thing to do. Now the LGBTQ social contagion is sweeping the country, and states have to pass laws regulating medications and sex reassignment surgeries for children. European countries are already introducing bans on gender reassignment for children. What's the situation in the U.S.?

๐Ÿ”ปWhile at the beginning of 2021 no U.S. state had such a law, by mid-2023 already 20 states (17 of them in 2023 alone) have passed full or partial bans on sex reassignment for minors. This shows how quickly concern over this issue is growing.

Most of these laws ban the use of cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers for minors or ban sex reassignment surgeries. Some states (Florida, Oklahoma, Alabama, etc.) make it a criminal offense for health care providers to help children undergo sex reassignment.

Some states faced difficulties as proposed bills were either vetoed or temporarily suspended. These include Alabama, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

The number is expected to grow as 14 other states are considering or have introduced bills that would similarly restrict sex reassignment for children.

๐Ÿ”ปLiberal states that actively promote the LGBT agenda have rushed to pass laws "protecting" sex reassignment. Among them, of course, are California, New Jersey, and D.C. California became the first "sanctuary state" for transgender children. Parents' rights, meanwhile, are minimized.

LGBT advocates deliberately use terms such as "gender-affirming care" when talking about sex reassignment for children in order to create a positive image of procedures that in reality mutilate children.

Now many young adults who went through gender reassignment as teenagers are speaking out about the difficulties they faced and the regrets they have about their transition. New independent research shows the irreversible damage caused by taking cross-sex hormones or cutting off body parts.

๐Ÿ”ปHopefully, more states will pass stricter laws banning sex reassignment for children to truly keep them safe and healthy.

๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆโšฝ๏ธ Canadian footballer Quinn becomes the first out trans and non-binary player to feature at a World Cup

Some strange things are happening at the women's World Cup. Canada has announced that the first openly non-binary and trans person will play for their team. Quinn, formerly known as Rebecca Quinn, has already played in Friday's match between Canada and Nigeria.

First of all, how can somebody be both trans and non-binary at the same time?

Secondly, a biological woman participates in the women's World Cup, but somehow they manage to make it about trans and queer pride.

For some reason, Quinn, being trans, doesn't want to participate in the men's World Cup. Could it be because the men would have a physical advantage over her? Then it makes sense where this whole non-binary show is coming from.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€โšง๏ธProtecting sports from gender ideology

๐Ÿ”ปGender ideology has infiltrated not only the health care industry, but also professional sports. In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of trans athletes who compete, win competitions and even set new records by presenting themselves as members of the opposite sex.

A full-scale media war has erupted over Lia (William) Thomas, a previously mediocre (ranked 462nd) male-swimmer, who now competes in the women's section. Thomas won the 2022 Division I womenโ€™s 500-yard freestyle championship, leaving Olympic silver medalist Emma Weyant behind.

In 2019, CeCe Telfer, a muscular transwoman who previously competed as a man, won the 2019 NCAA Division II 400 meter hurdles championship. And this year, transwoman cyclist Austin Killips won a North Carolina race.

๐Ÿ”ปAs incidents like these have become more frequent, some U.S. states have taken it upon themselves to protect traditional sports and have banned athletes from competing according to their gender identity. Since 2021, the number of states that have passed such laws has grown from 0 to 22.

It's worth noting that these laws primarily protect women's sports, as it is trans women's victories that usually make headlines. Trans activists claim that the dramatic improvement in performance is due to the fact that athletes finally find their "true" selves after transitioning, but if that were true, we would see similar victories among transmen athletes. And we don't.

๐Ÿ”ปThere is a worldwide trend to protect sports from gender ideology. The World Athletics Council announced earlier this year that it would not allow transgender athletes to compete against women in female World Rankings competitions.

But gender ideology has a very strong grip on the modern world. It's possible that we may soon see the creation of a separate category for trans and "non-binary" athletes to compete in.

๐Ÿ’ต๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Gas prices hit 8-month high as oil prices soar

Prices at the pump in the US hit an eight-month high this week โ€” boosted by the increased cost of crude oil as producers slash output.

According to roadside assistance company AAA, as of Friday, the average national gas price is $3.73 per gallon for regular gas โ€” up 20 cents from last monthโ€™s average.

The more fuel-efficient premium gas, meanwhile, has surged to nearly $4.50 โ€” also a 20-cent increase from June.

Another great example of Bidenomics, I suppose.

๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€โšง๏ธTrans Canadian slams doctors for denying her euthanasia request, saying death would be better than her constant pain from a surgically-built vagina

This is an actual piece from the Daily Mail.

Lois Cardinal underwent a vaginoplasty in 2009, but developed complications and quickly regretted the procedure. She feels constant pressure, pain and discomfort now, many years after the original surgery.

She applied for medical assistance in dying (MAiD), which is becoming increasingly available in Canada, but so far her request was denied.

Most recipients suffer pain and discomfort afterward, according to a recent study from the University of Florida.

This kind of thing is becoming the new normal for Canada.
